1
Consume more lean protein, and spend more time in the gym lifting weights. Your body will continue to grow, and your muscle mass will continue to increase, eventually giving you the buff look you want.
-
2
Avoid baggy clothing. Clothes that are too big or that don't fit close to your body can make you look much smaller than you actually are. Choose clothes that are tight and show off the muscles that you do have. Choose fitted pants and a smaller size shirt than you usually wear when trying to show off your muscles.
-
3
Wear white shirts. Avoid dark-colored shirts, especially black. Black shirts will make you look smaller than you actually are, while white shirts will emphasize your body's natural features. Choose pale blues, greens and even pinks when you are looking to add more color to your wardrobe.
-
4
Wear clothes with horizontal stripes. This will make your body appear wider than it is. Also wear clothes made of thick fabrics, such as wool, as these fabrics will make you look bulkier than you actually are.
