How to Cancel an eDiet Account

eDiets is an online weight-loss subscription service designed to help individuals lose and maintain a healthy weight. Subscribers receive personalized diet and fitness plans based on their lifestyle, food preferences and personal goals. To cancel an eDiets membership, members must contact customer service and pay a fee, if you want to cancel your account before the end of the contract.

  Contact eDiets' customer relations line at 800-265-6170.

  Tell the representative that you would like to cancel your eDiets account. She will request personal identification information, such as your full name or membership number to access your account.

  Pay the $25 early termination fee (as of May 2011), if you cancel your membership before the end of your third billing cycle, otherwise your plan will be canceled at the end of your current billing cycle.
