Slimming With Sea Salt
A saltwater flush, which is used as a slimming technique and sometimes to prepare for surgery, is easy to take, though not very tasty. It is imperative when doing a saltwater flush that sea salt is used since it will not dissolve in water the way table salt does. The saltwater flush will take approximately one to two hours to take effect. Once it does, be close to a bathroom and expect hours of heavy diarrhea. A saltwater flush will cleanse the colon, leading to weight loss.Things You'll Need
