Diets of Models
Models make a living on looking good. While many of them are young and have supreme genetics, most models have to follow fairly strict diet and exercise regimes. They have to meet high standards and this is an investment of time. Diets of models vary based on their own likes, dislikes and if they have to be very restrictive in order to lose or maintain their weight.-
Toxins
-
Some models follow diets indicated to maximize health and minimize toxins. As the focus is on clean, healthy foods, weight loss and maintenance is a natural result. A model diet tip is to drink aloe vera juice, as it's filled with vitamins and amino acids, which remove harmful toxins from the body. The food to eat during the day includes whole grains such as oatmeal and berries, soup for dinner or lunch and egg white omelets piled high with vegetables.
Seafood
-
Models often focus on eating high quality and low fat seafood. Oily seafood, such as salmon, is chock full of omega-3 acids which are beneficial for both skin and hair. In addition to salmon, shrimp and mussels are part of the diets of models. An easy way that models keep their metabolism humming throughout the day is to add cayenne pepper to foods to boost fat burning.
French Diet
-
Models that are not runway models and don't have to maintain very thin bodies subscribe to a more French way of eating. Rather than limiting fats, the key is to eat foods made with fats and eat them in moderation. Instead of restricting food groups, red wine and dark chocolate are perfectly acceptable, in moderation. Incorporate full-fat yogurt, almonds and fruit to have a well-rounded diet.
No Carbs
-
A common and useful diet of models that can lead to quick weight loss is to reduce the intake of simple carbohydrates. Some models eliminate them all together while others reduce intake and replace them with complex-carbohydrates. Examples of simple carbohydrates, which are white carbohydrates, such as rice and pasta. Whole-wheat versions of those foods are complex-carbohydrates. Instead, models increase intake of lean protein, such as chicken, to stay full longer and reduce weight.
