Jay Johnson's Boot Camp Fitness has several locations in the Dallas area. Johnson trains the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders and has been featured on several TV reality shows. The boot camp classes enrolls between 25 and 30 people. For four weeks, the camp meets three times a week for an hour-long session. The workouts that place during the four week boot camp include kickboxing, speed and endurance training, log drills, military sit-ups and push-ups, medicine ball drills, guerrilla drills and other workouts aimed at cardiovascular and muscular fitness.

The DFW Boot Camp is a boot camp training facility for women. The DFW Boot Camp is located 25 miles outside of Dallas, in Trophy Club. The boot camp is a four week camp that includes fitness instruction, nutritional counseling and motivational training. The work out sessions at this boot camp last for an hour and can include light running, weight training, obstacle courses, kickboxing, Pilates, yoga, and jumping rope. The camp will switch the workouts around to avoid boredom and to provide complete muscle and cardiovascular exercise.
Get You In Shape Boot Camp

The Get You In Shape Boot Camps are run by Brad Linder and there are three locations in Dallas. This program is suitable for those who are overweight, and those of all fitness levels, from beginners to athletes. The boot camps take place over four weeks and aim to help clients lose weight and tone and firm their bodies. The hour-long sessions include core training, resistance training, yoga, Pilates and mind exercises that are intended to relieve stress and provide relaxation.

The Dallas Fitness Boot Camp takes place at the Parish Episcopal School. This boot camp is run by Jeremy Calahan. The camp classes usually have 25 to 30 people enrolled and last anywhere between 30 and 45 minutes. These classes are not limited to a four week period and it is recommended that clients attend three classes a week. The exercises include weight training, running, walking, core training, plyometrics and fitness games.
