How to Make a Homemade Drink to Lose Weight
Things You'll Need
- Blender
- Crushed ice (optional)
- Gallon container
- 4 carrots
- 4 broccoli heads
- 10-15 spinach leaves
- 10 kale leaves
- 2 apples
- 2-4 cups white grape juice
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 1/2 to 1 cup cranberries
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 2 cups acai juice

Tap water is safe, healthy and highly regulated, filtered through municipal water departments. Peel and dice vegetables and fruits and place in blender. Chop ingredients until fine paste. Add fruit juice and ice.

Add crushed ice and yogurt to diet drinks for a light summer cooler. Use chop and then mix blender settings until drink is milk shake consistency. Sweeten to taste with additional acai juice.
