How to Use Fruit Smoothies for Weight Loss
Things You'll Need
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 1/2 cup of strawberries
- 1 pint apple juice
- Sharp knife
- 1 cup ice chips
- Blender
- Jug with lid

Wash fruit thoroughly before preparing a fruit smoothie.

Slice two bananas and place them into a blender.

Add 1/2 cup blueberries and 1/2 cup strawberries and cover with a pint of apple juice.

Pour one cup of ice chips over the fruit in your blender and firmly screw on the lid. Blend until the fruit appears smooth and well mixed. Transfer the fruit smoothie into a jug with a lid. Fruit smoothie will keep fresh in your refrigerator for two to three days.

Substitute your usual breakfast for a 1/2 pint of fruit smoothie and replace your usual lunch with one pint of fruit smoothie. Always eat a nutritionally balanced evening meal. Continue the weight loss plan for two to three weeks.
