Weider Pro Instructions
The Weider Pro 230 is a weight bench distributed by Icon Fitness. The bench adjusts to multiple positions and angles, and can be set at an incline, flat or a decline. The Pro 230 can be used as a dumbbell bench or a slant board to exercise the upper body and midsection. It has a four-roll leg lockdown to exercise the abs, obliques and hip muscles. When assembled, the Weider Pro 230 is 4 1/2 feet high, one and 1/2 feet wide, and 3 1/3 feet deep.Things You'll Need

Attach the stabilizer without a warning decal to the front leg. Use two M10 X 63mm carriage bolts and two M10 locknuts. Leave the locknuts loose.

Attach the frame to the front leg. Use two M10 X 63mm bolts, two M10 large washers and two M10 locknuts. Leave the locknuts loose.

Attach the stabilizer with the warning decal to the rear leg of the frame with two M10 X 63mm carriage bolts secured by two M10 locknuts. Do not tighten the locknuts.

Secure the rear leg to the frame using two M10 X 20mm Bolts and two M10 washers. Tighten all of the M10 locknuts.

Slide the lower leg lockdown pad tube into the front leg, wet the ends with soapy water and place a foam pad on each end of the tube. Repeat the process with the upper leg lockdown pad tube.

Attach the pivot bracket to the backrest frame. Use two M10 X 70mm bolts and two M10 nylon locknuts. Leave the locknuts loose. Place the pivot bracket in the slot in the top of the frame.

Apply the grease that comes with the Weider Pro 230 installation kit to an M10 X 85mm bolt. Connect the backrest frame to the main frame with the greased bolt and an M10 locknut. Tighten the locknut, but not so tightly that the backrest frame will not pivot.

Attach the locking pin tether to the bottom of the frame with an M4 X 16mm screw, then insert the locking pin through the frame into one of the adjustment holes in the pivot bracket. Place an M10 X 20mm bolt through the hole at the end of the pivot bracket and hold it in place with an M10 locknut. Tighten all locknuts.

Hold the backrest at a angle to match the angle of the backrest frame. Attach the backrest firmly to the backrest frame using four M6 X 16 mm screws.

Attach the seat to the frame. Use four M6 by 60mm screws and four M6 washers.
