Lay down on the floor, bend your knees and lock your feet under a table or some kind of weight to hold them down. Place your arms either across your chest or behind your head, which ever feels more comfortable. Pull your torso forward up to your knees, so you're in a sitting position. Slowly lower your torso back onto the ground. Do about a set of 10 and repeat as necessary.

Place one foot on top of a stair followed by the other foot in front of that one. Keep hands on rails for balance. Ascend the stairs in this manner until you have reached the top of the flight of stairs. Turn and place one foot down on the stair step followed by the other foot in front of that one. Continue until you have reached the bottom flight of stairs. Depending on how many stairs you have walked, repeat if necessary.

Choose an appropriate size rope --- when you fold it in half, it should reach your shoulders. Grab the rope by the handles at each end, and place each handle in one hand. Put the rope behind your back. Throw the rope over your head and when it reaches your feet, jump over it. Repeat as many times as you want.
