How to Get a Flat Lower Stomach
Your lower stomach is a place that often is a primary storage location for your body's excess fat. If you want to reduce the fat in your lower stomach and have a more slim, fit and healthy body, how would you do it? You'd start with your diet and nutrition habits, as no amount of exercise would help you if your diet isn't in order. Once your overall diet is improved, then implement a moderate exercise regimen to start burning off extra calories.Instructions

1
Slow down your eating. If you eat slower, you generally also eat less, doctors have found. You'll also swallow less air, which means less expansion in the stomach.
-
2
Eliminate processed sugars. Sodas, candy bars, donuts, etc should all be avoided. Sugars basically translate directly to fat which is often stored in the belly area.
-
3
Lower your salt intake. High sodium increases water retention near fat cells, which results in fat cells being larger and more apparent.
-
4
Eat 4-6 smaller meals rather than 2-3 large meals a day. This gives your stomach more time to digest each meal and keeps your metabolic rate higher.

Exercise 3 days per week. Walk or jog to burn calories and get the blood flowing, then do a series of abdominal exercises to help flatten your stomach.
