Train with weights. Weights build muscle, which boosts your metabolism and also burns calories while you rest. Train with weight machines at the gym or use dumbbells at home.

Drink two to three cups of tea per day. Green and black tea are the best options. For those that are sensitive to caffeine, stick to decaffeinated teas. Green and black teas help fight cancer; in addition, drinking two cups of tea daily can help reduce calories when you substitute it for calorie-laden drinks.
