How to Lose Weight With the Master Cleanser

- Organic lemons

Remove all processed foods, meat and dairy from your diet. Stop drinking alcohol, coffee, tea and cola. Smokers are advised to abstan while on the Master Cleanser diet. No foods or drinks other than the lemonade concoction, plain water and mint tea are ingested.

Prepare a salt water flush each morning of the detoxification cleansing program. This flush will eliminate waste from your bowels. Mix 1 to 2 tsp. of organic sea salt, not iodized salt, with 25 to 35 oz. of warm water in a large glass. Stir well and drink the entire solution. Salt water flushes are recommended in the morning before the lemonade concoction to effectively empty your stomach and bowels.

Cut the lemon in half with the knife. Juice each half on a hand juicer to extract the lemon juice. Add the lemon juice to a drinking glass or cup. Add 2 tbsp. of grade B or C maple syrup and 1/10 tsp. of cayenne pepper powder. Pour 8 ounces of filtered water in the glass and mix immediately. Drink the entire mixture. Imbibe from six to 12 glasses of the lemonade mixture each day for up to 10 days. The mixture is your nourishment and energy source.
