How to Lose Weight With Potatoes & Protein

- Sweet potatoes
- Whey protein powder
- Other protein sources, such as chicken, fish and beans

Make a protein shake for breakfast using at least 20 to 30 g, or about one scoop of whey protein. Mix whey protein and 1 cup skim milk for a high protein breakfast. Add fruit for extra nutrients and flavor if desired.

Eat two sweet potatoes for lunch mixed with green vegetables.

Eat 4 to 5 oz., roughly the size of your palm, of lean meat for dinner with one small sweet potato and 1/2 cup of brown rice. Have another protein shake for a meal two hours before you go to bed.
