A good way to keep track of the calories you consume is by writing everything down that you eat. You might safely lose more with exercise, but be sure that you consult your physician so he can advise you.

      Become active. This will greatly work to your benefit if you are cutting calories. If you consume more calories than you burn, not only will you not lose weight, but you will gain weight.
