      Drink 10 ounces of fresh juice, including the juices from apples and carrots, for breakfast on your first day of the diet. You should also drink 16 ounces of hot detoxification tea.

      Eat an apple as a snack between your breakfast and lunch times. Make sure you plan your mealtimes to allow for a snack after lunch before dinnertime.

      Prepare a salad of cucumbers and avocados for lunch and drink 16 ounces of hot tea. You can add some salt and balsamic vinegar to the salad if you want dressing.

      Have your after lunch snack of an apple and 16 ounces of the detoxifying tea. Eat this well before you plan to eat your dinner so you will be able to drink all of the tea.
