How do I Lose Weight & Get Smaller Feet?

The problem of whether it's possible to get smaller feet by losing weight intrigues a lot of people. So is it actually possible? The answer to this question is both yes and no. Yes because if a significant body mass reduction takes place and the fat on the feet will come off, making the feet slimmer. However, the bones will not shrink, and so any reduction in feet size will be marginal.

Instructions

Exercise every day. Choose your favorite sport and make sure you do regular work-outs. Generally, the more you move, the greater the odds that your feet will become slimmer. Note that lifting weights will not help you reduce weight much. Instead, try jogging, martial arts, swimming or cycling.

Watch your diet. Try to reduce your daily caloric intake to a minimum. Eat more vegetables, while cutting on fats and cholesterol. Also, do not eat too much at once. It's better to have two small portions than one heavy dinner.

Do exercises for your feet. Massage them. Do whatever possible to increase the blood supply to your feet, and make foot muscles fit. Walking or jogging barefoot on the grass can also help.

Reduce stress factors in your life. Stress has a negative impact on your health and can cause you to gain weight.
