How to Lose Weight With Scented Oils

- Peppermint oil

Sniff at least three scented essential oils of your choice regularly each hour, throughout the day. Stick with the herb-scented oils, such as Melissa (lemon balm), sage or juniper berry. Citrus-scented oils are also recommended. Floral-scented or medicinal essential oils are not recommended.

Change out the oils each day with three new ones. This will help your brain feel there is a variety. Overusing one scent will cause it to lose its effectiveness.

Open the vial and take three large whiffs in each nostril and inhale slowly when you feel hungry between meals.

Mix 15 drops of rosemary oil to 1 ounce of vegetable oil. Use that fixative when cooking. The odor of that formula will help curb the appetite and eating it will help with digestion.

Inhale the peppermint oil after mealtime for an added sense of fullness and relaxation.
