How to Drink Oolong & Green Teas for Weight Loss
According to a 2001 study conducted by physiologist Dr. William Rumpler, of the U.S. Agriculture Research Services' Diet and Human Laboratory, participants who drank full-strength oolong tea daily burned 67 more calories per day and had a 12 percent higher rate of fat oxidation. The University of Maryland Medical Center states that: "One study confirmed that the combination of green tea and caffeine improved weight loss and maintenance in overweight and moderately obese individuals." Thus, when used strategically, oolong and green tea can help you lose weight.Things You'll Need
