How to Lose Inner Thigh Fat

Hop on the inner thigh machine at the gym; the one which uses resistance while you push your thighs together. This is one of the best exercises to lose inner thigh fat; do 3 sets of at least 10 a few times a week.

Lie on your side and lift the bottom leg upward; this is a leg lift that works to reduce overall thigh fat and especially that most stubborn inner thigh fat. Again, 3 sets of at least 10 multiple times a week will work to reduce thigh fat.

Add side squats to your routine to blast inner thigh fat (and firm thighs overall, as well). Stand with feet together and go into a squat by stepping to your left; then come back to the middle before going into a squat on that opposite right side.
