Eat scheduled, portion controlled meals. Good eating habits are essential for achieving a body like Kim Kardashian's. Her diet consists of 4 meals. For breakfast she has a protein smoothie or scrambled egg whites with veggies. Kim eats a light lunch, usually a simple salad with fat free dressing. Then for dinner, she eats a nutritious meal with plenty of fresh or steamed veggies and lean protein such as grilled chicken. At the end of the day Kim enjoys a small snack like low fat yogurt.
