Follow this breakfast plan. Each day for five days you should eat,
-1/2 cup of low fat cottage cheese
-half a whole-wheat English muffin with peanut butter
-1 medium slice of cantaloupe.
You can have 1 hard-boiled egg as a morning snack or 1/2 cup of red seedless grapes. -

Don't skip lunch. For lunch eat:
- A caesar salad with grilled chicken and classic caesar salad dressing.
- half an apple.
Munch on 1 ounce of natural almonds as an afternoon snack if you get hungry. Continue to eat this every day for 5 days and you will lose weight rapidly. -

Eat a healthy, delicious dinner consisting of:
-3 ounces of broiled salmon
-half a cup of brown rice
- a cup of steamed veggies (any type is fine)
If you need a snack for the evening, have a half cup of low fat yogurt to lose five pounds in five days flat. -

Exercise. Sneak in 30-90 minutes each day for the duration of your diet to lose weight fast. If 5 days is your goal, follow this meal plan repeating each day and you will be on your way to losing five pounds in five days.
