How to Use Vinegar for Weight Loss

- Apple Cider Vinegar - not pasteurized or distilled

Buy organic apple cider vinegar from a health food store. Make sure you do not buy the distilled or pasteurized vinegar. You want the vinegar to contain the natural vitamins and minerals from the apples but not the chemicals from processing.

Mix 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar with 8 ounces of water. You can add a little honey to the water to make the drink a little sweeter. Stir the water and vinegar thoroughly.

Drink the apple cider vinegar and water mixture at least 15 minutes before every meal to help with weight loss. Make sure you always mix the cider vinegar with water. The apple cider vinegar is very acidic.
