How to Lose Belly Pooch
Losing belly pooch is a struggle for a lot of people, especially for women who get them after having a baby. This is mainly because the abdominal muscles may stretch and tear during a pregnancy. A bloated belly or belly pooch can also be caused by bloated bowels, fat tissue and toxins being stored as fat.Instructions

If you have recently given birth, give your body time to slim back down. Most of the weight and excess fat will come off easily so long as you aren't consuming too many calories.

Eat a clean, healthy diet that's rich in fresh fruits, vegetables, lean meats and good fats. Examples include beans, legumes, almonds, lean cuts of turkey and chicken, oranges, apples, carrots and spinach. Avoid sugar as much as possible, including fruit juices and sodas that contain added sugar. Eating excess sugar can actually help gain a belly pooch.
