How to Firm Underarm Skin

Many people, especially women, struggle with flabby underarm skin. Sometimes the excess skin is due to quick weight loss. Other times, it is because of a lack of activity that uses the triceps muscle, the muscle in that area of the arm. The triceps, which literally means "three-headed muscle," is located on the underside of your upper arm. By working this three-headed muscle and engaging in activities that burn fat, you will begin to see your arms tone up and become firm.

Use weights with your arms to do shoulder presses. You can use hand dumbbell weights or larger weights. The advantage of using small, 8- to 10-pound dumbbell weights is that you can take them with you wherever you go. You can even do shoulder presses while sitting in your chair at the office. Try to do five sets of 10 repetitions three times per week for each arm.
