How to Get Rid of Belly Roll
Not only unattractive, multiple belly rolls indicate that you may not exercise enough or eat properly. Belly roll, love handles and stomach flab are all essentially the same thing: excess stored energy in the form of fat. Getting rid of belly roll requires a lot of hard work and discipline; do not expect success overnight or even over the course of a few weeks. To reduce stomach fat, you need to eliminate fat in the entire body through healthy diet and exercise.Things You'll Need

Cut out the junk food, and start eating right. Your body needs lots of nutrients---especially fiber---to burn fat. A healthy diet, whether you're trying to lose weight or just want to have a strong body resistant to disease, consists of fruits, vegetables, lean proteins and whole grains. Avoid alcohol, caffeine and foods with high sugar and fat content if you want to shed that belly.

2
Drink plenty of water---at least eight glasses per day. The more water you drink, the better; water flushes toxins and promotes healthy plumbing inside your body. Think of your body as a system of pipes, and water as the liquid drain cleaner.

3
Get off the couch and start walking. Or better yet, start jogging, riding a bike, inline skating, jumping rope or playing basketball±---whatever you can do to raise your heartbeat and increase breathing. Find a friend to exercise with and motivate each other to be consistent. You'll feel better and look better just by exercising a few times a week.

To supplement your anti-belly-fat and weight loss campaign, try some abdominal exercises. While these exercises cannot replace consistent healthy diet and exercise, they will strengthen your stomach muscles. Muscle burns calories faster than fat and is generally better for your body. Try crunches, sit-ups and leg lifts. Just remember: Even if you do 500 sit-ups a day, you won't notice any difference unless you eat right and do cardiovascular exercise.
