Place five to six baby carrots into blender.

Measure 1 cup of fresh spinach leaves, and a handful of parsley leaves. Place both spinach and parsley into blender.

Slice three celery stalks into two halves, place celery in blender.

Blend all ingredients on high setting for about 3 minutes 30 seconds. Veggie beverage must be blended until smooth. If beverage appears chunky, repeat blending process until smooth blend is achieved.

Consume beverage once a day for one week.
Detoxifying Blueberry Delight

Measure 2-1/2 cups of vanilla yogurt, 1 cup of milk and dispense inside blender.

Measure 1/2 cup of blueberries, adding to ingredients inside blender. Blueberries are a natural antioxidant, and help fight free radicals. Free radicals often damage cell membranes and are associated with the process of aging.

Place lid on blender, and blend milk, yogurt and blueberries on a low speed for 15 seconds. This will help blend the ingredients and allow room inside blender to add the ice cubes.

Add six to eight ice cubes to blender. Blend all ingredients on a high setting until ice is crushed.

Consume beverage as many times as wanted daily. All ingredients are healthy and should not upset the digestive tract.
