Hold the bench press bar in front of you with your arms at shoulder length. Bend your elbows as you raise your arms up until your hands are at chest-level and your elbows are completely bent. Lower and repeat three sets of 10 repetitions, completing the standing row exercise.

Holding the dumbbells at your side, shrug your shoulders 10 times. Repeat two twice, completing the exercise.

Tuck your chin and hold shoulders back. Squeeze shoulder blades back and hold for five seconds. Repeat 10 times, completing the exercise.

Stand tall and place one hand behind your head. Push your head against your hand, creating resistance. Hold for three seconds. Repeat 10 times, completing the exercise. In the same manner, create resistance by placing a hand on your forehead and then again on each side, pushing your head against your hand, holding for three seconds.

Stand tall and place a hand above one of your temples. Try to rotate your neck in that direction, creating resistance with your hand. Repeat the exercise with a hand on your other temple, rotating your neck to that side.
