The Side Effects of Lipodrene

Lipodrene is a weight loss supplement that is designed to help its users lose weight, increase energy levels and suppress appetite. The active ingredients in Lipodrene are acacia rigidula extract, methyl synephrine, b-phenylethylamine, n-methyl-b-phenylethylamine, r-beta-methylphenylethylamine, pheylethylamine hcl, citrus aurantium, theobromine, green tea extract, hoodia extract, cassia nomame extract, Naringen,Dihydroxybergamottin, 5-Methoxytryptamine HCL, L-5-Hydroxytryptophan, caffeine anhydrous, and yohimbine hcl. The product is manufactured by Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals, which is based out of Norcross, Georgia. In February of 2009 Jared R. Wheat, president and CEO of Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals, was sentenced to 50 months in prison after it was found that Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals was manufacturing knockoff prescription drugs and selling them on the Internet.

    Nausea

    • Using Lipodrene may cause nausea in some people. This is because the body needs approximately three to four days to develop a tolerance to the ingredients in Lipodrene. Nausea should be minimal to non-existent after the initial three to four day period needed to develop a tolerance. If the nausea continues after this period, consider investigating alternate weight-loss supplement options.

    Dehydration

    • Lipodrene can cause dehydration. It causes the metabolic rate in the body to rise, which in turn causes increased excretion of fluids via urination and perspiration. To avoid dehydration while taking Lipodrene, make sure to consume plenty of fluids
(especially water). Be particularly mindful of dehydration if you exercise or perform physically demanding tasks regularly. Dehydration makes muscle cramping more likely, which can lead to muscle tears, sprains and ligament damage.

    Constipation

    • Constipation can occur from Lipodrene use. This is because it causes the body to excrete fluids more rapidly, potentially causing a lack of available fluids for regular bowel movement. To avoid constipation while using Lipodrene, make sure to
follow a high fiber diet and drink plenty of fluids. For severe or otherwise bothersome constipation, consider using an over-the-counter remedy such as a laxative or stool softener.

    Sleep Complications

    • The stimulants in Lipodrene (caffeine anhydrous, green tea extract, and yohimbine hcl) can cause sleep complications, such as insomnia to occur is some users. To avoid sleep-related side effects, make sure to use Lipodrene early on in your day and do not take it a few hours before you plan to sleep. Taking more Lipodrene than suggested on the product label causes the likelihood of experiencing these side effects to rise.

    Cardiovascular Issues

    • When used, Lipodrene places added stress on the cardiovascular system, particularly the heart. This is because the stimulants in Lipodrene cause the heart rate to rise and blood pressure to increase. These changes to heart rate and blood pressure should subside approximately two hours after taking Lipodrene. However, these side effects may last longer if too much Lipodrene is taken. If you have a preexisting health condition affecting the cardiovascular system, make sure to consult your physician before taking Lipodrene.
