Plasmajet Side Effects
Plasmajet is a nutritional supplement designed for use by athletes, weightlifiters and bodybuilders. The product is meant to increase energy during workouts, increase endurance and help speed the production of muscle in the body. Ingredients found in Plasmajet include vitamin C, quercetin, icariin, gypenoside, adenosine 5'-triphosphate and arginine. The product should only be used on the days a workout is planned, according to the manufacturer of the product. If you have any preexisting health conditions, especially those related to cardivascular system function, you should avoid the use of Plasmajet.-
Dehydration
-
Plasmajet can cause dehydration to occur in some users. This is because Plasmajet contains ingredients that are known to speed up metabolism. An increased metabolism can increase the rate that fluids are excreted from the the body via perspiration and respiration. To avoid dehydration while using Plasmajet, consume plenty of fluids (especially water). Muscle cramping can occur because of dehydration, and can lead to an increased chance of muscle tears, ligament damage and sprains occurring during a strenuous activity, such as a workout.
Constipation
-
Constipation may occur from the use of Plasmajet. Constipation is directly related to fluid loss in the body, and the ingredients found in Plasmajet cause the body to excrete more fluids through urination and perspiration. Avoid constipation while using Plasmajet by increasing fluid intake and following a diet high in fiber content.
Nausea
-
Using Plasmajet may cause nausea. To gain a tolerance to a new medication or supplement, the body generally needs three to four days. After this period, the nausea should be minimal or completely gone. If nausea continues to be an issue while using Plasmajet, consider other workout supplement options.
Sleep Complications
-
Sleep complications are a possible side effect of Plasmajet use, as Plasmajet contains ingredients known to increase the metabolic rate and energy level. To avoid sleep complications while taking Plasmajet, use it only on days you plan to work out, and use it early in the day. Do not exceed the recommended dose of Plasmajet listed on the packaging.
Cardiovascular Issues
-
Plasmajet contains ingredients that can cause an increase in heart rate and increase blood pressure, such as icariin and arginine. Exceeding the recommended dosage of Plasmajet for an extended period of time can increase the risk of experiencing serious side effects, including stroke and heart attack. Avoid using Plasmajet if you are unsure whether you have any preexisting health conditions.
