How to Cleanse the Lymph System
Your lymphatic system is the only system in your body that doesn't have a pump. It requires your body's movement and gravity in order to clear it. Given the common lack of activity in our society, it is easy to see how people's lymph systems can be sluggish. This can lead to an impaired immune system and a lack of energy.Things You'll Need

Start exercising. Moving your body helps move your lymph, which allows it to cleanse itself and release toxins. To start, walk for 15 to 20 minutes a day, three to five days a week. After a week or two, add resistance training three times a week, to move your lymph in other ways.

Learn to rebound. A rebounder is a miniature trampoline, and bouncing on it is a great way to stimulate the lymphatic system. You can use it for 10 to 30 minutes a day, while watching TV. Start by bouncing for three minutes a day, and slowly build to 10 minutes or more.

Get a massage. The pressure along your muscles and skin help move the fluid in your lymphatic system, which encourages cleansing.

Use an inversion rack with gravity boots, a system that allows you to easily turn your body upside down. Inverting your body helps the lymphatic system flow, which encourages removal of toxins. Start with short inversions and work your way up to hanging upside down for three to five minutes in the morning and evening

Take some herbal supplements that stimulate the lymphatic system. Echinacea, green tea extract, kelp, red clover, marshmallow and licorice root all help cleanse the lymphatic system. Lymphatonic is a great liquid lymphatic system stimulant.
