A low-fat weight loss system that encourages the individual to eat four to six small meals daily; this diet promotes fresh, healthy well-balanced foods as part of its plan. Dieters can eat fresh fruits and vegetables, beans, whole grain cereals, lean means and fish and non-fat dairy products. The plan prohibits high sugar, fat and calorie foods. Dieters are encouraged to consume at least five servings of fruits and vegetables daily.
