Eat Plenty of Raw Fruits
-
There is no excuse to not eat fruits, as they are not expensive and are readily available at grocery stores. There are also a great variety to choose from, no matter what your taste. So every time you feel like a snack, think fruit first, because once you make a habit of eating any of of the innumerable varieties you'll start noticing the fat melting away.
Each time you go to the grocery store make an effort to grab a different kind of fresh fruit until you have tried just about everything. That way, you'll learn what you love, what you like and what you can do without---and get a broad array of vitamins in your body in the process.
Drink Real Fruit Juice
-
Drinking fruit juice is another great way to promote weight loss. Keep in mind that you should always choose fruit juice made from fresh fruit---not concentrated or diluted with sugars, artificial sweeteners or other chemicals---so be sure to read the label and make sure it is 100 percent real fruit juice.
Vary Your Colors
-
When choosing fruits, opt for a variety of colors, as those with the brightest hues usually have the most nutrition. Good choices include blueberries, strawberries, mangoes, oranges, tangerines, grapes, grapefruit, tomatoes and watermelon. Try to consume five fruits and vegetables a day, though eating enough fruit isn't difficult if you have it on hand all the time.
