The Best & Safest Fat Burner

Shedding layers of fat is a difficult thing to do in today's world. Many people have a poor diet, and without a good enough diet, burning the fat off is going to be close to impossible. For those people that do have a good diet and still are finding it difficult to burn the fat, there is hope for you after all. A combination of high intensity interval training and long-distance cardiovascular training will not only be good for your health, but it will also burn off that unwanted fat.
  1. Interval Training

    • High-intensity interval training is a type of exercise that is meant to get your muscles going at full speed for a short amount of time then allowing them to rest before going back to full speed. By doing training exercises like this, your body will not have time to rest for too long and cool down in between sets, keeping your body temperature high and therefore burning off more calories quicker, leading to the shedding of fat. There are many ways to do high-intensity interval training. However, running, biking and using free weights are the most common methods.

Two great ways to do interval training is by using either a stationary bike or treadmill. You can also use a regular bike or track if you prefer that. Start with a quick warm up and stretch to get your muscles loose. This is very important because if you do not do this, there is a much greater chance of injury. Once you have warmed up and stretched out, begin by doing a light jog or slow bike speed depending on which exercise you are doing. Do this for 30 seconds and then sprint for 15 seconds. Once you are done your sprint, slow back down for 30 more seconds and then sprint again for 15 more seconds. It is important to keep a steady speed during the rest time and not to stop all together. Do this repeatedly for about 10 to 15 minutes, depending on your current conditioning. It will be easier to do on a bike then on foot so take that into consideration as well.

Another way to do high intensity interval training is by weight training. This is not only good for burning fat but also good for building muscle. A good way to do this for any exercise is to simply cut down the rest time in between sets. By doing this, you will keep your heart rate up and will therefore burn more calories. You can also do what is called a "superset" which is doing a small workout in between your sets. This will shorten your rest time as well as keep your heart rate up.

    Long-Distance Training

    • Another very effective way to burn fat is to do long distance training. The best ways to burn fat is to burn calories and by keeping your heart rate up, calories are guaranteed to burn. By going for a long run, bike ride or spending a good amount of time on a stair-stepper or elliptical, you can achieve this goal. Whichever exercise you choose, it is important that you keep a steady pace throughout. If you slow down to rest during any point of the workout, your body cools down therefore slowing down your heart rate and suspending the burning of the calories. Also, try to push yourself during these workouts. When your body is telling you to shut down, that is when the fat burning will be at its highest. Not only will this be good for burning fat, but excellent for your heart and lungs. Aim for a 15 to 30 minute workout. For best results, train two to three days a week.
