Motivational Phrases for Weight Loss

Motivation is the key to success in anything we do in life. Losing weight has tremendous benefits to your overall health and quality of life, and motivational phrases are useful to keep you on track.
  1. Motivational Notebook

    • When you are trying to lose weight, it is a good idea to start with a small goal. Once you've accomplished that goal, set a new, higher goal. Write down your goals in a notebook, and keep track of your successes. This will allow you to see how you're progressing. Have a section in your notebook where you write your favorite motivational thoughts or phrases that have kept you working toward your goals. You also can make posters or signs to hang up to keep you motivated.

    On Healthy Eating
