The coconut oil remedy works best for stubborn pounds that will not go away. This diet is great to use in conjunction with the apple cider vinegar weight loss remedy. Every morning for breakfast, blend one cup of ice with a handful of blueberries and a handful of chopped strawberries. Add 1 tsp. coconut oil and blend thoroughly in a blender for one minute. Pour into a cup and drink. Repeat every morning.

The Master Cleanse Diet is a fasting diet that involves drinking only a lemonade-like solution for a recommended two weeks--no longer. If you do not want to fast for two weeks, you can use the diet for as few as two days. Mix 14 tbsps. fresh-squeezed organic lemon juice, 12 tbsps. grade B maple syrup, 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper and 2 liters of filtered water, spring water or distilled water. Mix thoroughly and drink as much of the lemonade as you want throughout the day.
