Moderate Exercise

Walking fast, doing water aerobics, riding a bike, pushing a lawn mower or playing tennis are some examples of moderate-intensity exercises. You can talk at this level.
Vigorous Exercise

Jogging, playing basketball or swimming laps are examples of vigorous exercises. At this level, you will breathe hard and fast and you will be able to say very few words.
