Pituitary types share several characteristics such as being taller than average, having a long large face, owning very strong hands and being very independent. Diet recommendations include eating lean meats, lots of fresh fruits and plenty of vegetables. They should avoid dairy and grains. This type of metabolism is considered one of the first evolutionary types. Many have found high protein diets such as Atkins beneficial for losing weight.
T-Type

Thyroid types have a dreamy predisposition and are often analytical. Many T-Types are of average height, have slender face, own long hands and fingers, can be very creative. It is important for these types to eat a diet high in protein with little grains and carbohydrates. Walking and other low impact exercises have shown to reduce stress in these types.
A-Type

Adrenal types are usually average height, have a square face and firm hands, are very ambitious and typically have a strong torso with muscular legs. These types are leaders. It is essential to get a lot of exercise to avoid stress related illnesses and to not eat starch and protein together.
G-Type

Many who are a Gonad type love toiling the earth and display a nurturing side in their relationships. You could be this type if you are of below average height, your head is large for your body, you have soft hands and love being in social situations. A combination of overeating and slow metabolism plague G-Types. According to this diet, people should eat lightly during the day and refrain from eating spicy foods.
GP-Type

Gonad Pituitary types are very petite, have small delicate hands and are very adaptable to living in rural environments. These types very well suited for stress and have a flexible mentality. They are prone to eating a lot of sugar and smoking. They should try to eat a variety of foods, yet refrain from sugary treats.
