Eat a healthy diet that includes lots of fruits, vegetables and lean proteins. Exercise five times a week for at least 30 minutes. This is so your body can begin to start burning that stored fat. Make sure you have some fuel in your system before exercising, otherwise you could begin burning muscle tissue instead of fat.

Drink lots of water. This will help to flush out toxins such as those found in some plastics that can leak into our foods and water that are stored in them. For example, some plastics are toxic and have estrogenic chemicals in them. The hormone estrogen can actually contribute to weight problems.
