Instructions

  1. Diet

    • 1

Go through your pantry and refrigerator and throw out any overly processed food. Only keep things such as herbs, spices, lean meat, fresh fruit and vegetables and low-glycemic carbs such as brown rice, yams, and oatmeal.

    • 2

Prepare all of your meals for the week sometime during the weekend and put individual servings into Tupperware containers. Life gets busy so if you have healthy meals already made, you are less likely to eat something unhealthy.

    • 3

Set a stopwatch so it goes off every three hours after you first get up and until you go to bed. You have to eat a small meal every time the stopwatch goes off whether you are hungry or not. Shoot for four to six small, balanced meals per day.

    Exercise

    • 4

Spend five to 10 minutes warming up on your favorite cardio machine or strap on a pair of running shoes and go outside.

    • 5

Go all out for 30 seconds once you've finished warming up.

    • 6

Rest for 90 seconds after the 30-second all-out effort.

    • 7

Repeat the cycle four to 12 times. You want to do these high intensity interval sessions two to four times per week depending on your level of fitness.
