1
Lose weight. If you have a high level of body fat, your cellulite will be more pronounced on your back. As you lose weight, the size of your fat cells will shrink, making your cellulite less noticeable. Aim to burn more calories than you consume each day in order to lose weight.

2
Exercise. Cardiovascular exercise is imperative if you wish to get rid of the cellulite on your back. Aim to get at least 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise daily. Solid forms of cardio include jogging, aerobics, swimming, cycling and brisk walking.

3
Perform weight-lifting exercises that focus on the back. If you tone your back muscles, the cellulite in the region will smooth out and become less noticeable. Stand upright, holding a dumbbell in each hand. Lean forward slightly and hold the dumbbells next to each other in front of your chest. Pull the dumbbells backwards until they are parallel with your chest. Slowly release the weights back to the starting position.

4
Get regular back massages. Massage encourages circulation and helps to break down fatty deposits that contribute to cellulite. With regular massages, your back cellulite will become smoother and less apparent.
-
5
Apply cellulite-treatment lotion to your back. These lotions often contain caffeine, which stimulates the skin. When applied topically, caffeine can significantly improve the appearance of cellulite. Continue using cellulite-treatment lotions to maintain their results.
