First of all, while the Beverly Hills Diet doesn't label itself a fad diet or a crash diet, if you are going to use it, it's probably best for jump starting a longer term weight loss and not a full time eating plan. This diet doesn't have enough nutrients and calories to be a permanent healthy diet.

Step one is for breakfast to eat 8 oz of prunes or another fruit and as much water, tea, or coffee as you want. In several versions there are some rules about which fruit work or don't, but in general it's not a big deal.

Step two of the Beverly Hills Diet is to eat as many strawberries for lunch as you want. Literally, eat as many strawberries as you want and drink as much water, tea, or coffee as you want.

Step three of the Beverly Hills Diet is to eat a baked potato and drink as much water, tea, or coffee as you want.

Repeat until you lose the weight you want. As a warning, if you do decide to try the Beverly Hills Diet instead of a different diet plan, be careful to take some vitamins to make sure you get the amount you need.
