  1. How to Get the Perfect Model Body

    • 1

Be realistic. Every person has a different body type. You must be realistic when it comes to understanding the type of body you have. If you have big bones, no matter how much you tone, you will still have big bones. If you have a short stature, you have to let go of the idea that being tall is a necessity for the perfect body type. Additionally, outside of plastic surgery the size of a woman's chest will not change a great deal.

Enlist a trainer. You can hire a trainer to work with at most gyms. Trainers help people meet their goals by pushing them farther than they would be normally willing to go. They have knowledge of specific exercises that will help achieve results faster. Let your trainer know the areas of your body you would like to improve. Commit a certain day or days of the week to work with your trainer. He will more than likely start by giving you a fitness test, including a body mass index, and help you establish goals.

Commit to working out. You should be going to the gym even on days when you do not have a session with your trainer and doing the routine that he set up for you. This will likely be a combination of a cardiovascular workout and weight training.

Evaluate your diet. Perfect model bodies are not generally developed from fast-food restaurant meals. If you are continually putting garbage into your body, you will have a hard time getting fit. You could hire a nutritionist to help you improve your eating habits and to get a handle on what types of food to eat, how much to eat and how often. You could also pick up any one of a ton of dieting books available on the market. Ask your trainer for a recommendation. Use a website such as The Daily Plate to help you track how many calories you are consuming and how many you need to consume to either lose or maintain your current weight.

Be patient. It takes time to condition your body, especially if you are really out of shape. Given a good deal of time and effort, you should start to develop the perfect model for your body type.
