How to Take Relacore
The diet supplement Relacore is designed to attack belly fat when dieters take two pills three times per day with a glass of water. But Internet message boards show that for as many consumers that praise Relacore, there seem to be an equal number who complain of side effects that made them stop taking it. If you want to try the supplement, keep these points in mind.Instructions

1
Consult with your doctor before you start taking Relacore. The supplement is not meant for pregnant women or those who are lactating. Also, if you are taking prescription drugs or have an existing medical condition, Relacore may have a harmful interaction or aggravate your health.
-
2
Monitor how your body reacts to Relacore. Some people won't experience side effects. Others have complained of various aliments--from diarrhea, nausea, headaches and vomiting to erratic blood pressure and a loss of sex drive--from day one. Stop taking Relacore if you feel uncomfortable or ill.

3
Start out slowly. The maximum recommended dosage for Relacore is two tablets three times per day. Begin your regime with less than that; for example, take one pill in the morning and one at night, and see how your body reacts to that for a week.
-
4
Take Relacore with food. Consuming a supplement on an empty stomach can make it harder for some people's bodies to assimilate it.

5
Evaluate your weight-loss progress. If you are satisfied with how the weight is coming off with a reduced dose of Relacore, stick with that amount. If you are tolerating it well but are not losing weight at a reasonable rate (two pounds per week maximum), gradually increase the dosage to the maximum over a span of a few weeks.
