Lose Weight While Watching TV

Turn on the TV to your favorite TV show for the evening. Sit down on the floor in front of the TV and watch your show.

Lie down on your back with your knees bent as your TV shows goes to commercial to begin losing weight. Place your hands behind your head.

Lift your shoulders over the floor using your stomach muscles to lose weight. Lower your shoulders back to the floor very slowly.

Repeat step 3 as many times as you can until the TV commercial break is over. When your TV show comes back on sit up right and enjoy watching the TV.

Repeat steps 2 and 3 during every commercial break during your TV show and this will lead to you losing weight.
