Do yoga or jog once or twice a week. Nicky Hilton uses yoga to relieve stress and relax. Nicky tries to jog three to five times a week. She admits that some weeks she does not have the time to jog and only jogs once or twice.

Eat a well balanced diet. Nicky Hilton uses the food pyramid to balance out her food and tries to cut back on fast food, fried foods and saturated fats.

Use portion control to control your weight. Portion control allows you to eat what you want, but in small portions. Eat small meals several times a day. Nicky says she eats only when she feels hungry and stops eating once the hunger subsides.
