How to Lose Weight with Delicious Green Tea

Tea, one of the most popular beverages in the world, has been consumed for centuries by many cultures. Green tea is one of three main forms of tea and made from unfermented leaves that contain high amounts of antioxidants. The weight-loss benefits of green tea come from the antioxidant epigallocatechin gallate, known as ECGC, and caffeine. Combined, these two chemicals have been shown through research to help promote weight loss.
