How to Lose Weight on the Special K Challenge

Eat a bowl of Special K cereal every morning for breakfast. Choose any variety of Special K and use skim milk. You should also have a piece of fruit at breakfast.

Fix another bowl of Special K cereal at lunchtime. If you would rather not have cereal again, you can have a Special K protein bar.

Include any of the other Special K products in your diet for snacks. You can select from Special K protein bars, cereal bars and snack bites. You can choose two of these items to eat each day.

Prepare a well balanced dinner for your third meal of the day. Include a protein, vegetables and whole grains in this meal.

Keep fruits and vegetables on hand for additional snacks.
