Determine what your eating patterns will be. For instance, You may want to eat light during the day, so you can splurge for dinner.
-
3
Pre-pack some Weight Watchers friendly food and snacks. If you're the type who can't seem to behave when you're traveling, count out your favorite snacks and put them in baggies. These will come in handy when you're tempted.
-
4
Stay away from cream-based sauces and soups when eating out. Look on the menu for words like grilled, sautéed and steamed.
-
5
Pack up a doggie bag. Plan to eat half of your meal and bag up the rest for later. Let's face it, restaurant portions are way too big anyway.

Make exercise fun. Vacation is the perfect time to get in some extra exercise, without it being a chore. Go mountain biking, walk along the beach or go golfing. The boost in physical activity will counteract some of your not-so-good choices.
-
7
Opt for sorbet or a low-fat ice cream. Stopping for an ice cream cone is just another park of vacation. Choosing a lower fat variety will cut down on a serious amount of Weight Watchers points.
