Make an eating plan in advance. No, it doesn't have to be a list of everything you're going to eat while on vacation. But, decide how many points you're going to try to stick to. Determine if you're going to divvy up your FlexPoints over the week, or save them for special occasions.

Pre-pack some Weight Watchers friendly food and snacks. If you're the type who can't seem to behave when you're traveling, count out your favorite snacks and put them in baggies. These will come in handy when you're tempted.

Stay away from cream-based sauces and soups when eating out. Look on the menu for words like grilled, sautéed and steamed.

Pack up a doggie bag. Plan to eat half of your meal and bag up the rest for later. Let's face it, restaurant portions are way too big anyway.
