How to Keep Track of Weight Watcher Points on My iTouch

Weight Watchers is a successful diet regimen based on assigning points for any food and allowing you a certain amounts of points to consume daily. You count your points rather than calories. If you exercise, you gain points that can be consumed, or like any points you haven't used in your day, can be added to a weekly total should you be planning a dinner out and need extra points. It can be hard to keep track of your points, especially if you are on the go all day long, so keeping track of them on your iTouch -- iPod touch -- can be good to do.

      Sign up to Weight Watchers online, either on your iPod touch or at a computer. Go to WeightWatchers.com and click on "Ready to Lose Weight?" and then click on "Sign Up For Free." You will be taken to another page where you enter some personal information and choose your user name, password and your method of payment. As soon as your payment goes through, you are a registered member of Weight Watchers, with full access to their website.

      Ensure you are in a Wi-Fi area and point your iPod touch to the Weight Watchers site. Log in with your user name and password. You will see your Points Tracker on the left hand side of the screen. When you click on it, you will be brought into your points page. Here you can enter what you have eaten and it will calculate the points you have used, or what exercise you have done and it will calculate how many points you have earned. It will keep a running total of your points and give you easy access to your diet information and the points database when you are in a Wi-Fi area.

      Download Weight Watchers Mobile onto your iPod touch. Once you enter your Weight Watcher's user name and password, this app will give you access to your diet information and your points wherever you are. Not only can you see your running total, but you can check the points of foods when you're shopping or in a restaurant. If you're unsure what to do at the gym, you can also discover which exercise will earn you the most points. It offers all the same as going online without having to go online.
