How to Calculate Daily Points Target
Weight Watchers is a weight loss program where the subscriber can use online tools and go to meetings to track their food intake and weight loss. The program assigns a number of points per day that are used by the subscriber plus 35 points extra for the entire week. Points are assigned to foods in the Weight Watchers' database and books. The points are assigned by gender or nursing, age, activity level, height and weight. The points are meant to be used up daily and the extra points are only supposed to be used if you absolutely have to use them.Things You'll Need
